The Syngonium panda is a collector's plant characterised by varied cream splotches and speckles across a deep green leaf.

Care

This plant is very easy to care for, making it a great plant for beginners.

Light: Provide bright, indirect light for optimal growth and vibrant foliage. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves. The plant can tolerate moderate to lower light conditions but will show more vibrant colours in brighter light.

Soil: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top inch of the soil feels dry. Ensure proper drainage is provided to prevent root rot. Use a well-draining potting mix formulated for indoor tropical plants. Adding perlite or orchid bark can improve drainage.

Support: As the plant grows, you can provide a support structure like a trellis or stake for it to climb, if desired. Regularly pruning back the plant encourages bushier growth.

Propagation: Propagate through stem cuttings with nodes. Place the cuttings in water or soil until they develop roots.
