How do you ship the plants?
Your plant babies remain potted in soil and are carefully packaged and secured with the utmost care to ensure their safety during transit. All orders with plants will be sent via express post. For further information please read our Shipping Policy.

What happens if my plants or products are damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately with photos and details of the damage and we will do our best to resolve the issue. For further information, please read our Returns Policy.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
 We sell gift vouchers in store and e-vouchers online. Currently, all gift vouchers purchased in store cannot be redeemed online. e-Vouchers can be redeemed both online and in-store. Grab a gift voucher or come chat to our in-store experts who can help you pick the perfect gift for birthdays, milestones, mothers day and fathers day, anniversaries, romantic gestures and Christmas.

Do you send plants interstate?

Due to biodiversity laws, we cannot send plants to Tasmania or Western Australia. We will send plants to all other states and territories in Australia.

What is your exchange and refund policy like?
You will have 30 days from the date you receive your goods to get in touch with us should you need to make a returns claim. For further information please read our Returns Policy.

What are the benefits of subscribing to All The Green Things emails?
Not only will you be the first to know about what’s new in-store and our fantastic sales, but you could also earn points to save! Every $1 spent is 1 point earned. For every 100 points you earn, you will get $10 added to your account to put towards your next purchase. This bonus credit can be used in store or online, but is not redeemable for cash.

Are the images of your plants accurate?
Images of plants are taken by us but are illustrative only of the final product that you will receive as each plant will have their own unique traits.

Do you offer pick-up?
You can certainly come and collect your order in person! Simply select the ‘Pick-Up’ shipping option at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?
All orders are sent out on Mondays and Thursdays. Processing cut-off for Monday dispatch will be Sunday night and processing cut-off for Thursday dispatch will be Wednesdays at midday. Any orders placed after these cut off times will not be sent the following day and will be scheduled for the next day of dispatch.
