Returns Policy

All the Green Things is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any product you receive, simply contact us at hello@allthegreenthings.com so we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or faulty goods
We offer a 30-day return window upon receipt of your order where we will happily replace, refund, or provide a store credit for incorrect or faulty goods. If your order is incorrect or contains any faulty products, please contact us immediately, citing your order number with written details and any supporting photographic evidence.

Change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind but we will happily exchange goods or provide store credit. Simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. The cost and arrangement of return postage will be your responsibility. If the returning item exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt.

For any returns that are not faulty or damaged, the item must be unused and the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued only once the returning item has been received and processed.

Plants
We cannot accept returns on plants. Any refunds or exchanges on plants that might be offered under exceptional circumstances will be made at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

Personal care
Personal care items cannot be returned. Such items can include (but are not limited to) moisturisers, lip balms, etc.

Gift Vouchers
Gift voucher cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
